Sean Crossett of Behemoth Artworks is a painter living in Waterbury, Vermont. He holds a BFA from Johnson College, where he further developed his drawing and painting skills.

Animal imagery is a constant theme throughout his work, incorporating his love of science in his depictions of creatures from throughout earth’s history, both near and far.

The word “behemoth” comes from the biblical book of Job, being synonymous with any great or powerful beast. Sean has taken this definition a step farther, seeing the beauty and might in all animals.
